50% NON REFUNDABLE Deposit due at time of booking. We cannot refund this because the vehicle's time is now reserved for you and we cannot book anyone else.
Vehicles cannot be out in rain. If there is rain (even a little) we would need to cancel. We have a backup modern sedan if this is wanted by the customer in case of cancelation due to weather. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Motor Memory and are 100% refundable to the customer, if you do not select our luxury sedan replacement. If a modern luxury sedan will work in the event of a weather cancelation we are happy to provide a sedan.
Full Balance of 100% Payment Due 24 hours prior to the event.
Additional time must be paid prior to additional service (cash or Credit Card)
All of our vehicles are over 50 years old and even with modern updates and upgrades they can malfunction causing delays or cancelations. We have a back up modern sedan if the customer chooses (for a known mechanical issue prior to event) and we will offer a 100% refund if Motor Memory needs to cancel for a mechanical reason. By Booking with Motor Memory you are agreeing that Motor Memory is not responsible for any changes to your event due to a mechanical issue or act of god such as weather.
No food or rice in vehicles. If you need a sign attached to the vehicle please ask in advance. Signs must be soft (poster board, paper, etc) so that they will not scratch the cars.
You must sign and agree to all terms and conditions within 24 hours of booking (via email or in person).

Rates

Includes Driver Dressed Appropriately for your occasion.

4 hour Minimum

1000$

4 Hour Minimum 1,000$ includes Driver.

Initial 4 Hours includes travel time to and from your event. For Example if your event is 30 minutes from our home base (Hollister CA 95023) you would have 3 hours with the car and driver (1 hour for travel to and from).

Additional Hour of Time

200$

Each additional hour is billed at 200$. If you need only 20 minutes of the hour, it is billed at 200$ for up to 60 minutes. It is best to schedule all the time you need in advance as we may schedule an event after yours on the same day and not have extra time to provide on the day of the event. This is rare and we can usually accommodate you for extra time; however, as mentioned it is best to book all time you need in advance.

Custom Rates

We have the ability to travel and stay in hotels for long events and or far away events. These rates are all custom and must be negotiated in advance.
